My name is Claudio Cova and I am a lover of Pasta, Gin and good Wine. I delight in creating: pasta, gourmet pasta, organic pasta and special pasta with a refined flavour. I created Pasta Shop in the 1980s and since then I have never stopped inventing and creating, trying to surprise, because good pasta is an art to be enjoyed.

Pasta Shop is a world of colours and flavours. A place to explore where the absolute star is pasta. Handmade pasta, produced according to ancient recipes handed down from generation to generation and reworked by the creativity of Claudio Cova, the soul of the business.

Alongside the house specialities, from filled ravioli to canederli, from lasagne to various types of fresh gourmet pasta, there are customised packages of dried pasta, with and without eggs, for medium and long shelf life, and organic pasta, whose recipe is always the work of PastaChef Claudio.

Not only that. The shop shelves are stocked with special sauces, many varieties of spices and other delicacies to go with pasta, to make every dish an unforgettable experience.
